  • Mono-block filters
  • Cavity filters up to 40GHz
  • Helical filters
  • Crystal filters
  • SAW filters
  • WG filters
  • LC filters

Multipliers

Multipliers

Spacek Labs offers both custom and standard designed active and passive multipliers in a frequency range of 10 to 110 GHz.  MIL-Spec or Space-Qualified units are also available.

The active multiplier line includes 2 thru 8 times multiplication factors operating all the way through W-band. The passive multiplier line utilizes variable-resistance Schottky barrier diodes as the non-linear element to create multiplication factors of 2 thru 4 times. All passive multipliers are of balanced configuration to suppress undesired harmonics, unconditionally stable for any input/output VSWR and they cover complete waveguide bandwidths.

Multipliers are available in:

  • Full Band & Sub-Band Active Multipliers
  • High Power Multipliers, Passive Multipliers

Standard Features:

  • 10 to 110 GHz
  • Balanced Circuitry
  • Compact Size
  • Removable coaxial Connectors or Waveguide Flanges
  • Modular Design
Frequency Sources

Frequency Sources 18GHz up to 110GHz

Spacek Labs offers three categories of frequency sources from 18GHz up to 110GHz.

Gunn Oscillators– These are relatively inexpensive stable sources, that can be fixed, mechanical or varactor tuned.

Frequency Synthesizers – A lower frequency synthesizer is multiplied, amplified and filtered to produce a clean and stable band of frequencies in the millimeter-wave frequency range.

Phase-Locked Sources – Single Frequency Phase Locked Oscillators in Ku band are multiplied, amplified and filtered to produce a clean and stable output in the millimeter-wave frequency range.

receiver

Receivers

Lineup of Receivers in standard and custom designs are available. Spans up to 110GHz and offers high performance, waveguide or coaxial ports, with mounting details or freestanding, IP66 weatherized system and more.

Custom-made receivers are also available to meet your electrical, mechanical or pricing requirements.

Standard Features:

  • RF input up to 110 GHz
  • Full or partial band coverage
  • RF to IF gain available
  • Noise figures as low as 4 dB
  • Weatherized IP66 housing available
  • AC or DC input power
  • Image rejection
Transceivers

Transceivers

Transceivers are available from 18-110 GHz. System bandwidths range from under 1 GHz to full waveguide bandwidths, with either coax or waveguide ports. These transceivers are designed to offer premium performance at a fair price, offer separate two-channel, full-duplex designs and use a common phase-locked local oscillator driving two mixers. The upconverting mixer has a bandpass filter followed by an optional power amplifier on the output. The downconverting mixer can have an optional low-noise amplifier in front of it. Output powers of up to 1 watt and noise figures as low as 4.0 dB are available. Cross channel isolation is greater than 60 dB. Also available are multiple channel versions – i.e. one upconverter channel and two to four downconverter channels. Any LO frequency can be chosen to optimize the IF band.

Standard Features:

  • RF input / output 18 to 110 GHz
  • Full or partial band coverage
  • Conversion gain available
  • Channel isolation: 60 dB min
  • Output power to 1 Watt
  • Input noise figure of as low as 4 dB
  • Input /output isolators available
  • Weatherized IP66 housing available
  • AC or DC input power
Transmitters

Transmitters

Transmitter are available in frequencies from 18 to 110 GHz and offered in bandwidths from less than 1 GHz to full waveguide bandwidths. An integral RF High or Low Pass filter is used to reject the unwanted sideband.
